How long does shipping take?
A: We want you to enjoy your purchases as soon as possible. Most orders are shipped within 2 business days of payment and take approximately 7-10 days to arrive.

Are there duties on purchases?
A: Shop New York does not charge you duties or taxes on any order. The Australian government usually does require duties and/or taxes on international orders so those fees may be collected when you package is delivered.

Please be aware that if you do not pay any fees required by law, your package will be confiscated by customs and you will NOT be reimbursed or refunded by Shop New York. Sorry, but we don't make the rules, we just try to obey them.

Do you ship outside of Australia?
A: No. We only ship to addresses on the Australian mainland at this time. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

How can I track my order?
A: Order tracking information will be emailed to you once your order is shipped so you can track your package online.
